Members of the media are warmly invited to attend Tetworth Horse Trials, in line with our Press & Media guidelines outlined below. No press accreditation is required, just please come and sign in at the Secretaries when you arrive.

We welcome press and photographers to Tetworth Horse Trials and appreciate your support in promoting our event. Please follow these guidelines to ensure safety and professionalism throughout the competition.
Accreditation

No formal press accreditation is required.

All media representatives must sign in at the Secretaries on arrival and provide contact details.

Media bibs or wristbands may be issued for safety and identification.
Insurance

All photographers and media personnel must hold public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5 million.

Proof of insurance may be requested by officials — those without valid cover may be asked to leave the site.
Safety & Conduct

Always follow directions from event officials and stewards.

Do not obstruct competitors, horses, or spectators, and keep a safe distance from competition areas.
Photography & Filming

Editorial and personal portfolio photography is welcome.

Commercial use, live streaming, or resale of images requires prior written permission.

Please credit Tetworth Horse Trials when publishing or sharing images.
